Meet the Dream Team
Meet the team driving quality service and smooth operations.

David LaBar
Founder + President
With more than 20 years of experience as a general contractor and builder, Dave saw a clear gap in the construction world; the need for a professional, reliable demolition and clean-out partner who approached the job with the same precision and pride as any other skilled trade. That insight became the foundation for Junk in the Truck.
Drawing on decades in the field, Dave understands what builders, property managers, and homeowners expect: timeliness, safety, and respect for every project. His mission is simple: to set the gold standard in demo and clean-out by treating every job like it’s part of a larger build.
“We take our work seriously, operate with professionalism, and build lasting relationships with our clients and community,” Dave says. “There’s nothing more satisfying than giving a space a fresh start and a blank canvas for whatever comes next.”
Outside of work, Dave’s happiest with his wife and five kids — his “future demo crew.” He’s a lifelong learner and often has an audiobook playing, with favorites like Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki and How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.

Kyle LaBar
Vice President + Director of Field Operations
As Vice President of Junk in the Truck, Kyle leads the crews and drives the day-to-day execution that keeps every project moving. With over 15 years of construction industry experience, he partnered with Founder David LaBar to build a demolition and clean-out company centered on professionalism, precision, and pride in the work.
Kyle oversees all field operations — coordinating logistics, managing crews, and ensuring that every job starts on time, runs safely, and finishes clean. His leadership on-site is a major reason Junk in the Truck has become the trusted, go-to partner for builders and property managers across the region.
“We’re the first ones in and we set the tone for the entire project,” Kyle says. “If we do our job well, everyone who comes after us succeeds.”
Off the job site, Kyle enjoys traveling, catching live concerts, and cheering on the Phillies and Eagles with family and friends.

Jessica Brenner
Operations Manager
Since joining Junk in the Truck in 2022, Jess has played a key role in strengthening operations and supporting the company’s rapid growth. As Operations Manager, she oversees daily office functions, coordinates scheduling and client communication, and ensures every project moves smoothly from start to finish.
Jess is often the first point of contact for customers and she takes pride in delivering a service experience that feels both professional and personal. She values the relationships built with clients and partners, and enjoys seeing how Junk in the Truck’s work helps bring their projects to life.
“We don’t just clear spaces, we help move people forward. Being a part of that growth is what I love most.”
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing by the lake, visiting amusement parks, and bringing her creative side to life through crafting and unique DIY projects.
