Location: West Chester, PA
Project: 10,000 sq. ft. restaurant interior demo
Client: MaGerk’s Pub & Grill
Timeline: 1 month
Junk in the Truck was proud to be part of the transformation of a 10,000-square-foot restaurant space in West Chester, PA, as it transitioned from the former Iron Hill Brewery into the future home of MaGerk’s Pub & Grill.
This location has a long history within the West Chester community. Before becoming Iron Hill Brewery, the space was home to Woolworths, and over the years it has continued to evolve alongside the community it serves. Now, the space is entering its next chapter with a complete restaurant renovation.
As part of the project, Junk in the Truck provided commercial interior demolition and cleanout services to help prepare the space for its new design. Our team worked through the removal of existing materials, clearing the way for the next phase of construction while keeping the project moving efficiently.
Throughout the demolition process, we documented the transformation through a multi-episode video series, taking our audience behind the scenes from the initial walkthrough to demolition progress and showcasing the teamwork and process involved in bringing this space back to life.
Projects like this highlight the importance of having an experienced demolition partner who understands commercial renovations and works alongside contractors, builders, and business owners to prepare spaces for what comes next.
From restaurant renovations to commercial build-outs, Junk in the Truck provides reliable interior demolition, cleanout, and jobsite support throughout South Jersey and the Philadelphia area.
The right people. The right process. The right results.
