Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Junk in the Truck is fully licensed and insured across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. Hiring an insured company protects you, your property, and your project if something unexpected happens.

Our core demo and cleanout crews are full-time specialists—not random day labor. That consistency is what allows us to maintain our standards for safety, speed, and professionalism.
Yes. Text photos anytime to (215) 402-2546 for the fastest estimate. For larger or more complex projects, we may still recommend an on-site visit to give you the most accurate quote.
Often, yes—especially for cleanouts. Availability depends on our schedule and the size of the job, so the best thing to do is call or text (215) 402-2546 and ask.
How does cleanout pricing work?
Cleanout pricing is based primarily on volume—how much space your items take up in our truck. Before we start, we review the space, estimate the load, and walk you through pricing so there are no surprises.
No. We are not a cleaning company. We remove junk, furniture, and debris, and we leave the space broom-swept. Deep cleaning, mopping, and sanitizing should be handled by a professional cleaning service. Many clients use us first to clear the space, then bring in cleaners and real estate teams.
No. We don’t provide packing or organization services. You can mark or set aside the items you want to keep, and we’ll focus on safely removing the rest.
No. We do not haul hazardous materials such as fuel, oil, certain paints, or chemicals. Local regulations usually require these to be handled by specialized disposal facilities.
No. Mold and other biohazards must be handled by a licensed remediation company. Once the space has been properly remediated and cleared, we can step in to perform demolition or cleanouts as needed.
No. We are not a moving company. Our job is to remove items that are being discarded so that you, your movers, or your contractors have a clean, open space to work with.
We can remove yard debris, branches, and similar material as part of a cleanout. We do not provide mowing, landscaping, or yard maintenance services.
Are your demolition crews OSHA certified?
Yes. Our demolition team carries OSHA 10/30 certifications and follows strict safety standards on every job. Safety for our crew, your site, and your neighbors is non-negotiable.
Yes. Tight urban sites, older structures, and surgical interior demo are a big part of our work. We plan carefully to protect adjacent structures and finishes and to keep dust and disruption under control.
When demolition permits are required, we can coordinate with you, your GC, or your design–build team to ensure they’re in place before work begins. In some municipalities, the property owner or GC must be the one to sign; we’ll walk you through what’s needed.
Yes. We don’t leave you with a pile of rubble. All demo jobs include debris removal and a final sweep so your site is clean and ready for the next phase.
No. Asbestos, lead, and other hazardous materials must be abated by certified specialists. Once they have cleared and released the site, we can safely perform demolition.
Yes—with proper structural approvals. Structural changes require an engineer’s or architect’s plan and the oversight of your GC. Once that plan is in place, we can safely remove or modify structural elements as directed.
Can you deep clean my home so I can list it for sale?
No. We’re not a cleaning service. We’ll remove clutter, debris, and unwanted items and leave the space broom-swept, but deep cleaning and staging should be handled by your cleaning crew or real estate team.
No. We are not a handyman or general contracting service. Our focus is demolition and cleanouts so that your contractor, plumber, or electrician can come in and do their work properly.
No. We don’t offer painting or finishing services. Once we’ve completed demolition and cleanup, your painter or finishing crew can move in on a clean, clear site.
No. We are not a landscaping company. We can remove yard debris as part of a cleanout, but we don’t provide yard maintenance services.
No. We do not provide moving services. Our role is to remove the items you no longer want or need so you and your movers can focus on what’s staying.
No. Animal control and licensed pest control professionals should handle live animal or pest issues. Once the situation is resolved, we can help with any necessary cleanout or demo.
