Builder Spotlight: Santuario PHL
Based in Philadelphia, Santuario PHL is known for high-quality finish work and a focus on making each project feel unique. From tile and carpentry to flooring and paint, Santuario PHL approaches each job with discipline and intention rather than relying on repeatable packages.
Led by builder Túlio Deleon, Santuario PHL places strong emphasis on how projects begin. While finish work is the most visible part of a build, Túlio believes the outcome is determined much earlier by how the site is prepared, sequenced, and coordinated.
“Reliability and overcommunication are everything in this business,” says Túlio Deleon. “I try to make every project unique, and that only works when the rough phase is handled right.”
That approach extends to partnerships like Junk in the Truck, where early coordination and dependable execution help set the tone for everything that follows. When the groundwork is handled correctly, Santuario PHL is able to focus on delivering finish work that feels deliberate, not duplicated.
That process is on display in the recently completed project at N. 33rd Street in Philadelphia, where preparation and sequencing allowed the finished details to come together cleanly.
